LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE GINGERBREAD COOKIES:
My Gingerbread cookies are fun and  tasty and have cool Rustic look. Some
people use them for sweet Christmas tree decoration.
The cookies
taste the best when baked 2 weeks ahead. I use Pillsbury Flour, Blue Bonet
Marganire, Real Honey, Powder sugar, Special Blend of Spices imported from
my country and just a hint of Rum. My grandmother used to store them in
her old stoneware jar. Sometimes she put a half of an apple in the jar to help to
soften them up.
You can do the same if you prefer  softer texture. My husband
loves them straight from the oven. Still warm and crunchy.
Everybody's got a different taste.
VERA'S DELIGHTS
To make my dough I always use the best
Ingredience:  PilLsburry flour,
Real Butter or Blue Bonnet margarine, real
Honey, Powder sugar, Vanilla
sugar, Flaked coconut etc.
THERE ARE NO PRESERVATIVES OR
ARTIFICAL FLAVORS IN MY
COOKIES.
IN AUGUST 2005 I MARRIED MY WONDERFUL HUSBAND WILL.
OUR WEDDING WAS SMALL WITH  FEW FAMILY MEMBERS AND
CLOSEST FRIENDS AND  IT TOOK A PLACE AT EDISTO BEACH, SC.
I BAKED THE PASTRIES AND CAKES FOR OUR RECEPTION. WE
HAD WONDERFUL TIME AND ALSO SPENT OUR HONEYMOON AT
THE BEACH.
